The aquarium in Osaka is supposed to be one of the best in the world and I can see why! Although there are 5 stories of different exhibits throughout the building, and many of these alone would have been worth the trip, the largest tank hold 620 square meters of water, and is in the center of the building so that it can be seen as visitors are spiraling down through the other exhibits.
Although we could see the different sting rays from just about everywhere in the aquarium, I couldn't get enough of them! So cool!
Some exhibits had these delightful cartoon versions of the animals along with their descriptions (this was the sign outside of the sea-lion exhibit)
